These Terms of Sale apply to the rights and obligations arising from the ordering of goods (hereinafter Product) between Bjuti.ee customers (hereinafter Buyer) and Bjuti Kaubandus OÜ (hereinafter Bjuti). Bjuti reserves the right to make changes to the terms of sale and sales prices. By accepting the Terms, the Buyer confirms that he has read the Terms of Sale, agrees with them and fulfills them.

Placing Orders

To order a suitable Product, they must be added to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to shopping cart" button.
Product price and availability are subject to change without notice.
The price of the products is presented on the Bjut website and in case of a discount price, both the discount and the regular price are reflected there.

The buyer can view the contents of the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon on the product pages.
You can change the quantity of Products in the shopping cart by entering the desired number of Products in the quantity box and clicking the "change quantities" button.
Products can be removed from the cart by marking the quantity as zero.

To start ordering, click on the "Order" button.
To start confirming the order, press the "Confirmation Preview" button after selecting the delivery terms and entering contact information.
On the order verification and confirmation page, the order can be confirmed by clicking "Confirm order". A prepayment invoice will then be issued, which must be paid by bank transfer and sent to the Buyer at the e-mail address specified in the order.

Execution of the order will be started by Bjut after payment of the invoice.

Entry into force of the sales contract


The buyer commits himself to the order and to pay for it after paying the invoice.
The sales contract is considered concluded upon receipt of the prepayment to be paid to the current account of Bjuti Kaubandus OÜ.

Product Delivery and Handover


After the sales contract enters into force, Bjut will complete the order and hand it over to the logistics partner (s) for delivery. Delivery time is usually 10-15 working days.
If the shipment is delayed for any reason, Bjuti will agree with the Buyer on a suitable delivery time.
Bjuti is not responsible for delays in the delivery of the Products if the Products have been handed over to the logistics partners on time.

Right of Refund


Products ordered from Bjut's website The products have a 14-day right of return from the receipt of the goods. If the Product ordered from the e-store is not suitable for the Buyer, he may return it without providing reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier named by the Buyer has physically taken possession of the Products.
There is no right of withdrawal if the Buyer has been delivered in a sealed package Products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that are open after delivery (cosmetics, etc.).
In order to return the Goods, the Product or Products must be sent to Bjuti Kaubandus OÜ at the Itella Smartpost Tallinn Baltic Selver parcel machine no later than on the 14th day after receiving the purchase. Upon returning the Goods, Bjuti shall return the cost of the returned Product to the Buyer no later than 14 days after the date on which Bjuti Kaubandus OÜ receives possession of the returned Product.
The Buyer must return the Product at his own expense and Bjuti will reimburse the Buyer for the return shipping cost in proportion to the number of products in the package and the number of returned products no later than within 14 days from the moment Bjuti Kaubandus OÜ takes possession of the returned Product.

If the Buyer wishes to avoid compensation for the decrease in the value of the Product, the Product must be used and tested as can be done in a regular store, and the Product must be returned in its original packaging and original set (include all items in the product packaging. necessary to make sure of the nature and functioning of the Product, or does not return the Product in the original packaging and original set, the Buyer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the Product.
In the event of deterioration of the Product to be returned, the Buyer shall be liable for the decrease in value due to the use of the Product if he has used the Product in another way than is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and operation. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product, the Buyer may handle and use it only as he is normally allowed to do in the store.
Bjuti has the right to submit claims due to the decrease in the value of the Product to the Buyer no later than within one month from the return of the Product.
If the Buyer has used or tried the returned Product in any other way than would normally be allowed in the store or has used the Product more than is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and functioning, the Buyer is responsible for the impairment of the Product and l has the right to deduct this amount from the refundable purchase price. If the Buyer does not agree with the decrease in value indicated by Bjut, he has the right to turn to an independent expert to determine it. The costs of the independent expert shall be borne by the party whose position was not substantiated. If it proves impossible to identify such a party, the costs related to the examination shall be divided in half between the Buyer and Bjut.

Force majeure


Bjuti shall not be liable for any damage or delay in the delivery of the Product if the damage or delay in the delivery of the Product is due to circumstances beyond the control of Bjuti.

Other Terms


Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In this case, Bjuti reserves the right to cancel the sale and return the money to the Buyer's current account within a reasonably necessary time.
